Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

It’s difficult to predict the shipping times.

We are taking orders as normal. If a product is ‘In Stock’ on the website, we have it available in our warehouse.
We will keep you updated of any changes.

Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.

You may contact our customer service team here or through or send a photo of the damaged goods to customers@thearcanepenguin.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled.

This may result in a longer fulfillment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

If an order can be fulfilled and shipped from our Europe location depends on whether we offer the product in Europe, how much stock we have, and the order’s shipping address. Order routing happens automatically, so the branch that’s the best fit will fulfill an order. We don’t guarantee all orders shipping to a specific country will always ship from our Europe location.

Remember that we’ll route orders with the goal of getting your order to the destination faster.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Shipping Times

Your order will ship via USPS, UPS or UPS Surepost, depending on what shipping option you select at checkout. Same day shipping for orders placed until 12 PM PST. Details of the various shipping options are outlined below: We ship only within the continental United States.
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
See above for approximate delivery times based on what zone you’re shipping to. Products from the same order are often shipped from different warehouses. This does not affect your shipping cost, but may require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and the shipping time may vary.

Tracking of orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at customers@thearcanepenguin.com Trying to find your delivered package? Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up please contact us.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at customers@thearcanepenguin.comhere] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, a nd any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible
Return Policy

Returns Policy

Need to return an item? We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and support we can. We have all been there so, for any reason, you may return your order to The Arcane Penguin Online within 30 days of the purchase date subject to the Return Policy below:

  • Should you wish to return goods send us an email at at customers@thearcanepenguin.com 
  • Should you wish to cancel or exchange an order, simply fill out an email form to at customers@thearcanepenguin.com  for the goods you do not want to keep and place a new order for the goods you require. Please, have in mind that if the product is already fulfilled, we won't be able to cancel the order. 
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to insure proper credit in a timely manner.
  • All returns must be authorized by  The Arcane Penguin's online in advance (our warehouse can’t accept returns without a valid return number).
  • The Arcane Penguin's Shop can’t accept returns of printed, washed or decorated merchandise. You are responsible for inspecting the garments before performing any alterations or embellishments.
  • If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc) with an order please send us an email at at customers@thearcanepenguin.com  within 72 hours of receiving goods.
  • If returning defective merchandise, please send us a photo at at customers@thearcanepenguin.com  and ndicate the location of the flaw.
  • All returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound freight charges and return freight charges.
